At T.M. Smith Tool we maintain a family like work environment. This does not mean we are not serious about what we do. Quite to the contrary we are very focused on exceeding our customers expectations every day.
Each month all employees independently vote for one employee they want to recognize for contributing above and beyond to the success of T.M. Smith Tool. The results are compiled and presented at a Monthly Town Hall style meeting. During these meetings key objectives are reviewed and EOM results are announced.
The EOM winner gets a reserved special parking spot for the month, receives a recognition plaque in the front lobby and a cash award.
