PURPOSE

T.M. Smith Tools’ immediate goal is to double sales volume by June 2010.We also aim to achieve an industry leading pretax return on equity sales.

STRATEGY

T.M. Smith Tool’s strategy is to extend our leading position at the plant level in the Midwest domestic automotive plants to include staff level engineering support, transplant automotive manufacturers, OEM machine tool builders and key medical and defense manufacturers across North America.

We are focused on strengthening partnerships with OEM machine builders and staff level engineers at large domestic transportation based companies.

We are actively pursuing transplant automotive companies and learning their buying habits.We are seeking Medical and Defense intensive manufacturing companies to provide toolholder solutions.

Our plan is to grow by 20% annually through developing buying relationships with OEM machine builders and automotive manufacturers.  In addition we will exceed expectations and super-serve our existing customer base.
